Together, we have over 30 years of SELDI experience, and over 50 years of instrumentation service and support.
Richard has a total of 20 years experience as a field service engineer. He worked as a European SELDI service engineer for Ciphergen and then BioRad for a total of 7 years, involved in all aspects of SELDI MS service from installation, commissioning and networking, through to planning and executing preventative mainenance, repairs and laser refurbishment. Richard also has extensive experience of service HPLC, autosamplers, and setting up quality procedures for BS5750 and ISO9000.
Steve has worked in various technical support and customer service management roles for 10 years. He worked for Ciphergen for 6 years and was involved in field-based application development, customer training and support, instrument installation and commissioning. He has also been involved in product scoping, design, and marketing. More recently, Steve coordinated the product launch and European support of a novel biosensor platform.
Jim has worked in a variety of service roles over the last 30 years. He worked as a North American SELDI service enginner for Ciphergen for a total of 8 years, covering the whole of the US and Canada from his base of the East Coast.
Chris worked for Ciphergen and then later Bio-Rad for a total of 7 years, as service engineer and logistics manager. He has a range of technical skills encompassing mass spectroscopy and clinical equipment. Chris covers the area of Australia and New Zealand.
